New Years Eve 100 X 100

This is how we would like it to work: We want to keep it at 6 per lane maximum and the idea is to get at least 15-20 sec rest for each 100. Each person will take turns leading for 5x100 (others will follow behind at 5 sec intervals) after 5 x 100 the leader moves to the back of the lane. We must keep the interval for the full 100 x 100, so this means after the lead person has completed their 5x100 everybody loses 5 sec rest as the new leader takes over the interval from the previous leader (who will actually get an extra 25 sec rest by moving to the back of the lane). If it happens that someone is not able to lead for the full 5x100 and get at least 15 sec rest then that person must not lead and either stay at the back or sit out a 50 when need be (please don't let 1 person hold the group up or loose the interval. We must use common sense and make sure we swim for the 100's and not do breast stroke or tap toes) Also we must realize that this event will take between 2.5hr-4hrs so have fun but don't wipe your self out racing people in other lanes.
