Xterra Saipan 2008
Andy wins Xterra Saipan! He won by over 12
minutes to the second place finisher Jim Vance of the United States. Next
weekend he will be defending his Tagaman victory from last year.
Run clinic:
What do your arms do when you run, how long is your stride length and
what kind of turnover do you have with your legs? These are a few
things looked at with a video analysis of your run technique. Training
prepares us to race. What kind of training is done to prepare for your
race? Our run clinic will teach you how to run train and take you
through a sample training session. You will be given an eight week run
training program specific to your distance.

Year's eve, we new he could swim but we didn't know about his hidden
talents. Judge was commissioned

100x100 Sunday December 30th 2007
We will hold the New Years Eve 100x100 at the Weymouth
Club.That's 10,000 yards of swimming.
We had over 40 swimmer's in 2006. We hope to fill
up the pool again to finish off 2007 with a

Xterra World Championships
Candy earns a fifth place
finish. Julie Dibens from England took home the top honors as the
2007 Xterra World Champion.
Xterra USA Championships Lake Tahoe:
Candy finished 4th and Andy 3rd at the 2007 USA Xterra
Champs in Tahoe. Conditions were cold with snow on the course and as always
the high Altitude added the extra challenge to the tough course. Some

Xterra Brasil:
Candy wins Xterra Brazil!
After a good swim she pulled
away on the bike only to get her chain stuck some how in the rear wheel.
I know she is not religious but after 10mins and a few "PRAYERS" she got
going again, passed by a woman but she quickly regained the lead and
finished strong for the win. Next race is
Pacific Grove in California September 8th.

July 4th - 4.6miles Andy crossed the finish line
first and Candy was the first female overall......results.
Our next race will be Xterra Ogden in Utah August 18th.

Candy & Andy placed 3rd at 2007 Xterra Temecula. After
a hot hilly challenging race for the first Xterra of 2007 Candy was
happy to finish 3rd.
