is a dry land drill that teaches you the correct motor pattern for hand
entry into the water. Below is a dry land drill that empathizes
the underwater part of your stroke. Dry land drills are important
to teach the brain the correct movement pattern. If you can not do
something on the dry land, you will not be able to do it in the water.
No pool is needed to do dry land drills.Our clinics are
limited to 12 athletes for individual attention. The cost is $140.00 it
includes a DVD of the clinic
and the
equipment needed to do the dry land drills. If you are interested in the

The clinic will begin at 9:30 am, last about 4-5 hours and is held at
the Weymouth Club. Each athlete will receive a Speedo cap.
Follow up Swim Clinic: CAAN Sports is now
offering a second swim clinic. This clinic will review all the
principles learned in the first clinic and focus on the underwater part of
your stroke. You will be videotaped using our underwater camera. You
must attend our first clinic before coming to the follow up.

The clinic will begin at 5:30 pm and last about 2.5 hours. cost is
$90.00. Follow up clinics can also be set up outside of these dates.
Group 4 or more $90, semi private $110 and private $125.

The swim clinics are held at the
Weymouth Club. Directions: Route 3 South (Cape Cod), exit 16B
(S. Shore Hospital), take a right at the stop light (Mobil and Getty
Stations), follow about 1/2 mile to Finnell industrial Road. Weymouth Club
located on this road. The Weymouth Club is very easy access from the
greater Boston area.
