Triathlon Clinic:  May 31, 2008 at 8 am
Thank you to everyone who attended the Triathlon Clinic at Sandy Beach, Cohasset. The threat of thunderstorms in the forecast was nullified by a nice day.  The water temperature had dropped from Thursday's 55 degrees to 50 degrees today. The water temperatures was very cold, but it did not stop those at the clinic from taking the plunge to do the swim portion.  Many thanks to Bill Burnett, Bob Falconi, Carolyn Shea and Joe Neikirk for all there help in making our clinic a success.  We also want to say thank you to Speedo, PowerBar, Saucony, Fuji and Rockland cycle for supporting our clinic.
Here are a few photo's from the morning.

Common clinic question was about which goggles to use?
Speedo Speed socket is the best on the market.  They are sleek, comfortable and fit perfectly into your eye socket.  Andy and I wear these for both training and racing. Color preference, Blue.  www.speedo.com

A portion of the clinic fee went as a donation to the Cohasset Triathlon Charity ... Racing Toward a Cure For Type 1 Diabetes. If unable to attend and would like to donate please go here
