Run Clinic
Run Clinic date: October 31st 2009 Start time is 10 am. We anticipate a 2-3 hour clinic. To sign up.... candy@caansports.com The run clinic includes: Instruction of proper run technique Run drills to improve your form Video analysis of your run DVD demonstrating good run technique vs. inefficient technique and drills to improve Instruction on how to run train properly 8 weeks run training designed to your level. Instruction of the practical and scientific aspects of run training. Instructors: Andrew Noble- 1996 Duathlon World Champion, 10K PR 29.12 Candy Angle- 2002 Xterra World Champion, 10K PR 36.55 Cost: Private run clinic $140. Semiprivate $120. Group clinic (4+) $90. CAAN Sports offers both private and group run clinics. If you wish to have your footage put on DVD an extra $5 fee for mailing. The clinic is held at CAAN Sports - 42 Rockway Ave, 6B, Weymouth, MA 02188 located off Route 3 south.  Provides our clinics with PowerBars and Gels.
