Training Page Swimming:
Candy is coached by her husband Andy. She swims at the
Weymouth Club 4x/week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5.30am-7.00am and Saturday
at 4.00pm in a 25yard pool. Each session ranges from 3200yds - 4800yds. Over
the years her swimming has improved and she now consistently swims
1.05's-1.08's for her sets of 100's, 2.15's-2.20's for her sets of 200's
Here are a couple of sample swim sessions. *various intervals above based on ability Biking: Bike sessions this winter have been indoors on the Computrainer. With Spring around the corner we will be heading outdoors soon! Right now time on the bike important. Running: Good early season sample session 1,2,3,2,1 with same rest as the effort. Warm-up precedes the session followed by cool down.
