6.00pm:Introductions and dinner (expense) at local restaurant.
Day 1: Saturday:
7.30am:
Optional Arrival
8.00am: Open Water Swim & Training with Video Taping
10.00am: Breakfast
11.00am: Candy's Swim Clinic and Video Footage Review
1.00pm: Lunch
3.00pm: Open Water Swim & Training with more Video Taping
6.00pm: Questions & Answers followed by Dinner and Video Review
Day 2: Sunday:
8.00am: Pool Swim Training Session and Video
10.30am:
Breakfast
1.00pm:
Open Water Swim Training
2.30pm Optional Barbecue / Camp Over
